DISC is a housing support service in Lancashire which is managed by a company called DISC.

We want to offer a high standard of service and welcome any comments – good or bad – which you would like to make about your time with us and the service you receive.

You can make a comment or complaint about:-

• DISC Staff Members

• DISC Volunteers

• Other service users

• Anyone you meet whilst you are supported by us at DISC

You can make a comment or complaint by:-

• Telling your DISC Worker or their Manager, and asking them to record it for you.

• Putting your complaint in writing to your DISC Worker or their Manager. If you need support to do this, please ask us for help.

If you want to talk to the management team, support will be given to do this.

We have a written Complaints Policy which you can get from your DISC Project Worker. An easy read version of this policy is also available.
